Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to all consulting and coaching services between Luisa Hülser, Systemic Consultant, Laskov 20 Tel Aviv, and clients who use the services online via video call, other digital communication channels, or in person.
2. Nature of the Services
(1) The services offered are systemic consulting and coaching .
(2) This is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, psychiatric treatment or healing treatment within the meaning of the German Heilpraktikergesetz.
(3) No diagnoses are made and no promises of healing are given.
(4) The responsibility for decisions, actions and change processes remains with the clients.
3. Contract conclusion & appointment booking
(1) Bookings are made via email, booking tool or written agreement.
(2) The confirmation by the advisor constitutes acceptance of the contract.
(3) Sessions take place via Coachingspace or a similar tool.
4. Fees & Payment
(1) Current fees are shown on the website or in the offer.

(3) Payment shall be made by bank transfer, PayPal or an agreed payment service provider.
(4) The fee is due no later than the 15th of the month following the meeting(s).
5. Cancellations, Rebookings & No-Shows
(1) Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start.
(2) In the case of short-notice cancellations or no-shows, the full fee will be charged.
(3) Exceptions may be made in individual cases by agreement.
6. Liability Disclaimer
(1) The consultant shall not be liable for decisions or actions of the clients that are based on the content of the consultation.
(2) The consultant shall only be liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
(3) No liability is accepted for technical failures or interruptions in the online setting.
7. Privacy & Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy published on the website (GDPR compliant). Data is treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where legally required.
8. Confidentiality
The consultant commits to absolute confidentiality regarding all content of the consultation sessions.
9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
(1) German law shall apply.
(2) For clients from other countries, German law applies, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions stipulate otherwise.
10. Final Provisions
Should any clause of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
