About me
I am Luisa Hülser, a systemic consultant (using the SG method) and educator. I live in Tel Aviv, Israel, and offer digital consultations in German and English. I combine systemic methods, psychosocial counseling, and learning strategies to support in emotional and developmental challenges.
In Germany, I worked as a social worker in youth and family services, collaborating with people in crisis situations and providing support in matters of upbringing, coping with everyday life, and conflict resolution.
My move abroad and my role in a mixed couple have given me a sharpened and sensitive perspective on families and couples with different backgrounds and cultures.

Bachelor's degree in Educational Sciences/Pedagogy from LMU Munich
Most recently, I worked as a social worker in Munich, where I provided support and guidance to young people and families through outpatient child and youth welfare services. This involved assisting families in crisis situations. Working closely with the youth welfare office, schools, clinics and other institutions, I gained extensive experience within the support system with a focus on child welfare concerns.
Working and training in a nursery in Tel Aviv allowed me to deepen my knowledge in the field of early childhood education and early childhood development with particular attention to multilingual, multicultural, and same-sex parents.
Through my work as a learning coach for children, I gained experience primarily in digital work with students in dealing with exam anxiety, building self-confidence and improving concentration.
